US racing is pari-mutuel: the tote takeout (roughly 15 to 20%) is removed before anyone is paid, so every angle loses to the odds over time and A-E sits below 1.00 everywhere by design. 1.00 would be level with the tote. Lowest A-E = most over-bet by the crowd. Our US data is young (about a year) and trainer, jockey and class are only partly captured, so those angles are not shown yet. Not tips.
